Upper Peninsula project brings accolades for Frampton Construction team

Charleston, S.C. – The Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) Carolinas chapter has awarded Frampton Construction Company, LLC, with a first-place Eagle Award in their annual Excellence in Construction (EIC) Awards competition. The award was earned in the $5-$10 million commercial project category for construction of the US Foods Charleston CHEF’STORE.

The ABC Carolinas Chapter EIC Awards is a yearly competition in which general contractors and specialty contractors submit their projects for recognition. The EIC program is the premier competition within the Carolinas construction community that recognizes outstanding projects ABC members have built.

Chad Frampton, CEO of Frampton Construction, noted, “We’re always pleased to be recognized for our work and consider it a testament to the importance of teamwork on a project. Achievements like this are made possible by project teams that share an intense focus on quality, safety, and client service.”

Award recipients were honored at the 18th annual EIC Awards Gala, which was held on November 7, 2019, at The Westin Charlotte in Charlotte, N.C. Lionel Facemire, superintendent, and Selby Austin, assistant project manager, accepted the award for Frampton Construction.
